Pankrác House is a premium Class A office complex located directly at the Pražského Povstání metro station in Prague 4, offering 19,000 m² of modern leasable space across 9 above-ground floors. Houbi Studio designed a clean, professional website to attract quality tenants and showcase the building's key advantages.

Design Approach

The site uses a structured, information-forward layout with clear sections covering building specifications, location accessibility, amenities, and available offices. Visual hierarchy guides prospective tenants through the building's key selling points — from BREEAM certification to 24/7 reception and a 102 m² exercise hall.

Visual Direction

The design balances bold typographic headings with generous white space and a refined neutral palette. Aerial photography and building imagery reinforce the strategic address and modern Class A credentials, giving the website a premium yet approachable feel.

A complete multi-page website including homepage, building overview, location map section, tenant information, and a contact form — designed for the Czech market and optimised for desktop and mobile viewing.
